Cut my bangs too short again.

Learning how to drive as an adult is so hard and literally for what. I'm on my second learner's permit right now. In high school all you had to do was pay the gym teacher $20 and the next day you got a permit. Now as an adult you have to wake up at 8AM every morning to even snag a DMV appointment.

It was a relief to see that I was the youngest person at the DMV taking the test. Everyone else was 50+ yrs/o. This lady's phone ringer kept going off and she kept saying it wasn't her phone, which caused a scene with the test overseerer. The guy to my left was cursing out the screen whenever he got one wrong as if the computer was pranking him while the guy to my right was trying to get my attention during the test for help I think. I felt bad but I came so far for this damn test and studied hard af that I didn't wanna risk getting kicked out for talking during the test. I watched an older lady who passed show off her new permit. She kept holding it up and smiling at it. That was cool. I pressed my permit against the car window to show off to passing cars on the way back home.

I'm watching Gilmore Girls right now. I for sure get the hype, but maybe that's cause I was also raised by a single mom. Either way it's definitely filling the void left by finishing Sex and the City last month. I'm trying to get through all the classic 2000s TV series available online. I'm down for any recommendations.

*site updates* – I added a what I'm listening to section as I do on every website I've ever made in this lifetime. I'll periodically update. Took me awhile to figure out the right color scheme. I think I'll stick with this black/olive green I got going on. Goes with my halloween-esque color theme on this page. ok hiiiii! Finally writing my first blog post for this site yay ^__^ I wanted to make a whole new page to host my blog away from the layout/theme of my main site. This may be silly but honestly I just have so many ideas to try out that wouldn't fit on the main area of my site. I'll explain it more here, but basically this will be a page where I can experiment & fill with a shitload of gifs and other cool stuff.

The organization may change over time, but this is what I've settled on for now. I'm still figuring out the best way to show my blog posts... You'll also notice part of the navigation bar doesn't link to any pages currently, but that's b/c this page is still under construction! I'll include in future blog posts whenever an update is made.
